Aleafia’s 160,000 sq ft Niagara Greenhouse is Truly a Sight to Behold, Take the Virtual Tour and See For Yourself
In an email to investors this morning, Aleafia Health (TSX: ALEF) (OTCQX: ALEAF) released a series of high-quality images of its world-class 160,000 sq. ft. modern, fully automated Niagara Greenhouse.
The Aleafia Campus Greenhouse facility boasts an impressive automated system that includes moving container benches and automatic potting machines which were designed to increase yields, reduce expenses, limit risk and allow the company to produce continuous year-round premium cannabis harvests.
The Aleafia Niagara Greenhouse includes extremely large cultivation areas that are equivalent in size to three NFL football fields. The Niagara location is also home to Aleafia’s cutting edge R&D facility which will further propel the company’s position as a global leader in cannabis innovation.
As of today, Aleafia’s automated, state-of-the-art Niagara Greenhouse is officially plant-ready and all that awaits is the necessary Health Canada cultivation license which is currently being reviewed as we speak.
With that said, let’s proceed with the tour.
Hello, my name is Ryan and I’ll be your guide for today’s tour of Aleafia Health’s state-of-the-art Niagara Greenhouse facility. Please follow me and let’s get started.
Up first we have the Aleafia Health Niagara Greenhouse seen from an aerial view.
The true size and scope of the facility can be fully appreciated from this bird’s-eye view.
Next up we have a ground floor view from inside the Aleafia Campus Greenhouse.
As you can see, the greenhouse is massive and I can assure you, it looks even larger in person.
Moving on, we take a look at Aleafia’s Automated Bench System.
Soon the benches will be filled with pots that will move down the tracks from one end of the greenhouse to the other, then back again throughout the entire lifecycle of the cannabis plants.
Next, please direct your attention to an up-close view of the facility’s Conveyor System.
The conveyor system was designed to maximize efficiency while reducing costs.
Moving down to the next image, you will see the multiple Drying Chambers located on-site.
The drying rooms are also automated to give the company the ability to control the climate in each individual room.
Next up on our tour you will see that Aleafia’s Greenhouse is also equipped with Automated Blackout Curtains.
The blackout curtains improve the greenhouse environment and allow Aleafia to automatically open and close the curtains to adjust for desired light levels.
Our next stop is at the Niagara facility’s Automated Potting Machine which is set up and ready to grow.
The company’s high tech automatic potting machine will eliminate this labour intensive part of the growing process.
As we wrap up this tour, please take a moment to view the up-close shot of Aleafia’s top of the line Conveyor System.
As mentioned, this system will keep Aleafia’s cost down and production up. Very important feature.
This concludes our tour for today, we hope you enjoyed it and learned something new about Aleafia Health’s amazing Niagara Greenhouse facility.
